The path within the NHS can sometimes be challenging. With our career support which varies from application and interview support to a Talent Acceleration Group to support the pipeline of talent, emerging South Asian NHS professionals are supported in their development journey. We help our members navigate career pathways, surmount cultural or ethnicity-related hurdles, and lay groundwork for future leadership roles, fostering a legacy of inclusivity and growth.
